What is SetNivo?
SetNivo is a strength training tracker that helps you log workouts and decide what to do next. The Gym Rat Companion gives that progress a personality of its own.
Are SetNivo’s recommendations research-informed?
That is the standard we are building toward. The recommendation system uses established strength training principles together with your own training history. We will be transparent about what is available as the product develops.
What is the Gym Rat Companion?
It is the rat tied to your profile. Its physique and behaviour will reflect how you actually train over time. The Companion never changes your training Prescription or gives you an unfair competitive advantage.
Is the Companion available now?
The training foundation is available in private preview. The native app and Companion system are in development, and the scenes on this page show the product direction rather than finished app footage.
Which platforms are planned?
SetNivo is being designed as a mobile app. Platform availability and release timing will be shared with the waitlist when they are ready.

Can I pay to make my rat stronger?
