About these terms
These terms apply to the SetNivo website, waitlist and any private-preview access provided by Optiflode Studio. By using those services, you agree to these terms. Contact studio@optiflode.se with questions.
Waitlist and preview access
Joining the waitlist does not create an account, guarantee access or reserve a release date. Private-preview access is invitation-only, may be limited and can change as the product is developed. We may suspend access to protect SetNivo, its users or its data.
Training responsibility
SetNivo is a training log and planning tool, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or supervision. Progression outputs are based on the data you enter and cannot assess your health, technique, equipment or training environment. You remain responsible for choosing appropriate training and seeking qualified medical or coaching advice when needed.
Acceptable use
- Use SetNivo only lawfully and for its intended training purpose.
- Do not attempt to access another person's data, bypass security or disrupt the service.
- Keep invitation links and account access secure and provide accurate information.
- Do not upload malicious code, scrape protected areas or overload public endpoints.
Your data and our materials
You retain rights in the training information you enter. You allow us to process it only as needed to provide and protect SetNivo, as described in the privacy policy. SetNivo's software, brand, copy and original interface materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party exercise data remains subject to its own source terms.
An unfinished service
The private preview is provided as an evolving service and may contain defects, interruptions or incomplete features. We work to protect the service and preserve data, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as SetNivo changes. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Swedish law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country. Swedish courts have jurisdiction unless mandatory law says otherwise.
