Data we use
Waitlist
When you join the waitlist, we store your email address, where on the launch page you submitted it, the consent wording version and the submission time. We use it only to send SetNivo launch and private-preview updates.
Private preview
If you receive access, we process your login email, Profile information and the training data you choose to record, including Programs, Workouts, Sessions, loads, reps and RIR. Do not enter diagnoses or other medical records in SetNivo.
Security and operations
Our infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP address, request time, browser information and security logs so the service can be delivered and protected.
Optional launch analytics
When Google Analytics 4 is configured and you choose Allow analytics, we measure visits to the public launch and legal pages, waitlist-button use and successful waitlist submissions. The events contain the page path and a fixed placement label. We do not send your email address, account ID, training data, query string or free text to Google. GA4 can also create automatic events such as first_visit, session_startand user_engagement. Enhanced measurement, including history-based page views, must remain disabled for this integration.
Google receives technical data needed to deliver the service, including your IP address, browser, device and referrer information. Google states that Analytics uses the IP address to derive coarse location and discards it before the address is logged or stored.
Why we use it
- Consent: sending the waitlist updates you requested. You can withdraw at any time.
- Consent: running optional Google Analytics 4 after you actively allow analytics.
- Contract and steps at your request: providing a private-preview account and the training features you use.
- Legitimate interests: preventing abuse, keeping the service secure and diagnosing failures.
SetNivo does not sell personal data, use waitlist addresses for third-party advertising, or make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Storage and providers
Supabase provides database and authentication infrastructure. Vercel provides web hosting and delivery. If enabled with your consent, Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics 4. These providers process data under their applicable data-processing terms. Processing or support may occur outside the EU/EEA; the applicable provider terms describe transfer mechanisms and safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Waitlist data is kept until you withdraw, or until the waitlist has closed and related launch communication is complete; it is then deleted within 12 months. Private-preview account and training data is kept while the account is active and for only as long after closure as needed for security, dispute handling or legal obligations. Security logs are retained according to the infrastructure provider's operational retention settings. Google Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 13 months and are not refreshed on each visit. Google may retain event data according to the Analytics property settings; SetNivo should keep that setting at 14 months or less.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You can withdraw waitlist consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email your request to studio@optiflode.se. We may need to verify your identity.
You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie settings on a public page. SetNivo then disables collection and attempts to remove its Google Analytics cookies.
You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.
Changes
We update this policy when the product or its data use changes. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate, and the current date will always appear at the top.
